Uri's Birthday Pig Roast

Over the weekend of September 19th and 20th our friend Uri (an Israeli Texan) had a pig roast in honor of his birthday. It was an all day event and Doug was invited over early in the day to help ‘turn the pig.’ Uri and his wife, Jessie, live in an awesome house overlooking one of the many beautiful valleys in Mbabane. We spent countless hours on the patio just hanging out and ended the day with serious Rock Band wars. Good times were had by all (less the pig, of course).
